Two warranties,
one vehicle.

Every vehicle is a base bought from the manufacturer plus a conversion built in Germany. Each of those parts has its own warranty, its own term and its own service route.

Base vehicle · chassis manufacturer’s warranty

2 years

The base part is covered by the chassis manufacturer — Mercedes-Benz, IVECO and the other brands we build on. It covers everything that comes from the base vehicle, to the extent set out in that manufacturer’s warranty conditions.

Conversion · Midibusse warranty

1 year

The conversion — everything built in Germany on top of the van — carries our own one-year warranty. It covers all conversion parts, except glazing and wear parts.

How a claim works

The route depends on which part of the vehicle the fault is in. In both cases, your first call is to us.

01 You report the fault to us One report, to one person. We establish whether the fault is in the base vehicle or in the conversion — that decides the route from there.
02 Base vehicle — the brand’s authorised workshop Base-vehicle repairs are carried out by any workshop authorised to do warranty work for that brand. No need to come to us, or to Germany.
03 Conversion — repaired on the Polish side We handle conversion repairs in Poland; the location is agreed case by case, depending on the scope. Conversion parts are shipped to us by the manufacturer from the warehouse in Germany.
