How an order works

Five stages — in each one you know what is happening and who decides on your side.

01 Talking about the route Passenger count, usage, driver licences. This points to the vehicle line.
02 Configuration and offer Seat layout, accessibility, luggage, drivetrain and finish. You receive a specification with a price.
03 Base and conversion The manufacturer buys the base directly from the brand and builds the vehicle under constant supervision.
04 Approval and paperwork Final inspection in Germany; documents and registration handled on the Polish side.
05 Handover in Radom You view the vehicle on site, we walk you through how it works and hand over the full set of documents.

German Finish

The van is only
half the vehicle.

A bus’s durability is decided by what happens after the base is bought: how the floor is prepared, how the wiring is routed, what the interior is finished with. That stage stays in Germany.
