Data controller
The controller of personal data submitted via the contact form on midibussepolska.pl is the website owner. The controller’s registration details will be published here once business registration is complete; until then, data protection enquiries can be made via the contact form.
Scope and purpose
We only process data provided voluntarily in the form (name, e-mail or phone, message content) in order to answer the enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in handling correspondence).
Recipients
Form data is transmitted via Resend (e-mail infrastructure provider) and Cloudflare (website hosting and Turnstile anti-spam protection). These providers process data only to the extent necessary to deliver the message.
Retention
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up conversation, no longer than 24 months after the last contact.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict its processing and object to it, as well as to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
Cookies and analytics
The website uses no tracking cookies. Vehicle finder progress is stored temporarily in your browser (sessionStorage) and never transmitted. Visit statistics are collected anonymously by Cloudflare Web Analytics without identifying users. Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your browser (localStorage) — a display preference that is never transmitted.
